"Blair was assigned to service my water heater. He assessed it as broken, got the ticket going, and came back once the insurance got it all figured out. He installed a new water heater up to code, quickly, and professionally. Meanwhile Nicole at the office made sure everything was taken care of on the backend, having the insurance company updated, and made sure we got our water heater replaced. Good product, good people, all means you’re in good hands."

"If your home warranty just matched you with this company. You need to run. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE PICTURES! Once you do so you can’t switch companies. This companies level of communication and professionalism is lacking to say the least. Do not let this company waste your time. Because they will. They will keep you in the dark for as long as they can. At the end of the day you not having hot water is at the bottom of there priority list. This company has literally zero idea how to submit a standard quote. There idea of a quote is a text message with a price. You get nothing else. Im officially renaming this company to the Pipe Dr. Monday-Friday 9-5."
