"I needed help fixing a bad paint job in my old house, but the problem was that the paint I needed to match was 10-15 years old. When I tried getting help at Home Depot down the road, they shut me down and straight said they couldn't possibly match it. Ended up coming to PPG and gave them a can of old separated latex paint. Took them a while to shake it enough, but they were able to scan it to get a starting point and then spent time tweaking it till it was just right. I was able to touch up spots that had been bugging me for years on my walls and ceiling. Everything matches and looks perfect now. I honestly don't understand how they can provide such a great service and yet be nearly half the price of Home Depot for a gallon of paint. When I have to paint my new house, I know where I will be going. Honestly"
"I recently ordered the wrong paint for my new house. It was a paperwork error , but none the less it was my mistake. I found myself with 5 gallons of wall paint that I could not use. I went to the store in Roanoke, and explained the situation to Matt who I assume is a store leader. He did not hesitate to exchange the paint for me even though it was a custom color. Matt made my day and I would like to recognize him for that. Excellent customer service."
