"Bad experience, 1.) I asked for help from one of the associates on the floor, I asked for the price of the 5/8. 4×8 board. He showed me the price. He helped me load 2 sheets, good. 2.) I went to pay, but I saw that they were overcharging me, I questioned and told them the price, the helper quoted me. 3.) They went to check it out, I was right on the price, but when they looked closer, one of the sheets was thicker than what I wanted. 4.) The floor associate that loaded the sheets on the cart, did not catch it that the thickness was different. 5.) Sad to say this but today one has to pay very close attention to what the associates do, otherwise you will be paying more than needed."
"This is my favorite Home Depot. I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of the sales associates. They are always very friendly and helpful. Plus they allow me to bring my dog into the store. He just loves all the attention he gets."
