"I really like shopping at McCoy's store in Laredo Tx, but I had a minor problem with a store employee. He asked me how he could help me. I responded that I needed a quote for some material. He asked another employee to help me look for what I needed. After we finished, the guy sent me back to the first store representative. I told the representative that I had already finished and that I needed to get the quote, but instead of helping me, he walked away from me. I personally feel that that employee needs some kind of training on how to treat customers because I couldn't believe that he just walked away from me instead of helping me. The employee is a tall man in his middle 50's with curly black hair and wears glasses. I believe his name is Rudy. Another female employee by the name of Elvira Galindo came to assist me in moving the material to the cash register to pay. Then she made it a point to get two more employees to help me unload all of the material to my truck. Now this I call excellent customer service, and I hope she gets commended for going far and beyond to help a customer. Thank you for caring and listening."

"Excellent service. I highly recommend for the public to shop at this store. As soon as you walk in. Customer service is asking if they can help you with something. They will go out of their way to find it for you. Very talkative and friendly. No way like lowes and home depot. Ugh!! You can ask for help for the item you looking for. Instead of showing or taking you where it is. They tell you on one of the isle. And its not there. Very bad PR. From both stores."

"I have been purchasing materials/item at this store for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and courteous. They have excellent service and when I have had to return something it has been quick and without hassles. They do not have some of the fancy stuff that they have at Home Depot or Lowes, but for all the basics and beyond, I like them better because they are not so big."
