"Mason was very good in explaining what he was doing. Isaiah came for emergency call and did not even note down what was the problem. He told us a part had to be ordered. Mason comes and takes a long time after we call 3 to 4 times. Crystal in the office is not very helpful. She does not even listen. They charge $350 for twice a year maintenance but when they come to check your system to find out what is wrong they want you to pay for that as well. What is the maintenance charge then? . Once they tell what is wrong we can pay for the part. Ours is a new home and new system, it is still under warranty. The customer service is very poor. We have worked with other companies in the last 20 years and have had very good customer service. The service and pricing of Climate control is very disappointing. There is no option for zero stars. So I had to give one. In this cold temperature we have been without heat for 8 days. An update thank you for your response after 8 days of posting the message. We did get back our previous company MD Air Conditioning to come and assist us, Mark immediately detected what the problem was, changed the part, fixed the issue and we had the heat on in less than 5 minutes. We will not be using Climate Control Any more and hope other customers realize there are good companies out there such as MD Air Conditioning that we have used for the last 20 years, prompt, do not try to sell you parts, educate you on how to maintain your system. Cost much lesser than what climate control costs. Climate control if you agree that you failed us this time, then why wait for us to call you, you should be the one calling and making your wrong right. Shame on. you!"

"We were looking to turn our 3-season patio enclosure into a 4-seasons enclosure before the fall and cold weather arrived. We talked with a friend of ours about various design/install & costs options and he referred us to CC. Working with CC was a blessing, everybody was so kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were able to complete our job within a few days and actually went above and beyond our original expectation. Special thanks to Manual and Johnny Guzman for thinking not just about functionality, but also aesthetics. Installing and leaving was not there intent… they wanted us to enjoy our new split heating & cooling cassette type system for many, many years. Manual handed Johnny the ball and he went the extra mile while running electrical & copper lines and the drain line so we did not see anything from our enclosure.
