"I’m a black card member and I brought a guest to this club. They were treated like dirt! When I approached the front desk about it the reply they gave me was that they are a small town and recognize their regular guests. What does that have to do with myself and my guest? Being from out of state and being able to use any planet fitness in any state; is a part of my membership. I will not recommend this gym to anyone traveling through. You definitely will not be treated fairly. They literally followed and harassed my guest because he was not “recognized” as a regular, until I confronted them about the situation. Absolutely deplorable behavior on treating others in a judgement free zone."
"I travel for work all over the country. Been to lots of different PFs. Never have I been told that I couldn’t have my gym bag with me until this one. I explained that I have my gear/equipment that they don’t supply. Foam roller, chain belt, bands, sleeves etc normal weight lifting gear. Then I was questioned about being a black card member guest because the member wasn’t right next to me. I wasn’t being a “LUNK” per say. Seems contradictory that they have all these “judgement free zone no critic” signs but yet would criticize and judge a dedicated lifter. Other patrons saw the interaction with the staff and thought it was stupid. Would not recommend this particular PF. Will be looking at other options while working over the road."
