"I pulled up to the drive through today at 1pm. After a few minutes I got told to wait "just a moment". I was in the right lane of the drive through. I preceded to watch 3 other cars order food in the left lane and proceed through. I never even got a chance to order. I had to reverse out of the line and leave. Recommendation for others: Go to the sonic across the street"

"Just went through drive thru, no one else there, ask for #3 bacon, cheese only. Then again ask person at window same thing but still get it with little of everything and have to take it back. Every visit over 2-3, years always goes the same way. Food quality sucks too"

"Well i have been hearing about Rallys food and how good it is, so my daughter and her husband took me and my husband to eat. We went thru the drive thru there was no one there it took 30 minutes to get our food. The burgers were very tasty but my strips we couldn't eat because they tasted like bleach. So as far as Rallys go i was not impressed."

"We ordered online so it would be really when we got there. Mind you we are only 5 mins away from our local Rally's. The young man at the window was very nice. The problem is when we went to eat our food it was barely warm and our frys were ice cold. Again we live not even 5 mins way. So Rally's I ask why was our food so bad?? I dont recommend this restaurant!"

"Used to be THE BEST fast food in Jackson. But recently the quality has plummeted, sometimes they deliver good food, but most of the time you're looking for a long wait for soggy fries and soda water. The sodas often have no syrup, which makes me feel like they restock their soda machine about once a month. I am serious when I say I used to sware by this place, now I can't justify going there because it'll be wasted money about half the time. It feels like this fast food place is sick, and Hopefully they get better soon."
