"I don’t think we have ever been to this particular Arby’s where our order was correct, we often drive to Cape Girardeau when we have a craving for Arby’s; we should have drove there today, but it was more convenient today and in an effort to give them another chance since not being to this location in MANY months, we went for it. Today in particular, one of the items that we ordered was a 1/2 pound Arby’s melt and two sides of cheese (an additional $1.00 a piece), we get home and they have given the amount of meat consistent with a regular sized Arby’s melt sandwich with no cheese on the sandwich or the additional cups of cheese that we paid for. We also ordered one of their limited time BLT sandwiches, I do not recommend you spend the money for this, the bacon was much like the thin hormel precooked bacon that you can buy at the grocery store and heat in the microwave, unlike the thick-sliced peppered bacon that they used on their BLT sandwiches that were previously offered. Save yourself some disappointment and frustration and go to Cape, especially with the prices that you pay for their food."

"Do not eat at this Arby's. Twice I've ordered mozzarella sticks, waited, then received all four of them perfectly cooked on the outside but cold in the middle. Both times I've pulled around and told them of the issue, only to be treated like I don't know what I'm talking about and given a replacement batch of a much worse quality, as if warmed in the microwave. Someone is going to get sick eating here."

"Our 2 chicken sandwiches were RAW! The 4 gyros were made with tortillas! Not pita bread (rather gross) Our fries were old and cold. The only decent food was our one French dip sub"

"The girl at the counter was nice and apologetic. But otherwise an embarrassment of a visit for Arbys. Out of slider buns, out of wraps, out of lids, out of paper towels in the bathroom. Seriously. In a day and age when customers are getting screwed by inflation there at least could be done dignity in service and presentation by the corporations. This was shameful."

"First off, let me say that this location is always hit or miss. I understand every fast food joint can't be perfect 100 percent of the time, with that said.. I've had more bad experiences than good at this location and I just wanted to talk about the most recent (and last) experience I had here today. The lady in the drive through was sweet and helpful. She recommended the classic cheesesteak and was the only reason that service got a 4 star and not a 2, and atmosphere a 3 and not a 1. With that said though.... the order was wrong. I'm used to getting wrong orders here though. We ordered two orders of Mac and cheese bites, got one. But we got two cheesesteak sandwiches (when we only wanted one) so... one person didn't get their Mac and cheese bites and one person got two cheesesteaks. The food... Curly fries were not great, the cheesesteaks were the most disgusting thing we've eaten in a long time, and the Mac and cheese bites weren't salted. Like I said before, I don't expect perfection , but all of the little things add up to a horrible experience and when we spent 37 dollars in a drive through id really expect a little more.... just disappointed that it doesn't matter where you go anymore the economy is trash and those that are working (or most of them, certainly not all,) are just scraping by, and don't care to go above and beyond or at bare minimum just quality control. Anyways, enough ranting, don't go here unless you want to be either mildly satisfied or disappointed."
