"At I went to Terry's to get an estimate for my 2016 Ford Fusion by a Richatd. He greeted me and after I told him my reason for visit he said " Are we gonna do the work? If not there is no reason to waste his time". After going outside he told me to come ba k in morning because it will take to long. As a Veteran of the US Vetran of the Air Force I received better customer service in Prince Sultan Air Base. I am disappointed I ger treated like trash here too."

"My mechanic recommended Terry’s after someone hit my Mazda. I did wait several months for the appointment, but it was SO worth it. The work is absolutely impeccable. The paint matching alone was perfect. When my insurance company quoted the work, they wanted a shortcut - some safety supports were bent in the crash and the insurance said to just bend them back into shape. Terry’s pointed out that wasn’t going to be safe and got the insurance company to cover doing it the correct way. Will never go anywhere else!"
