"After having a great lunch, came out to start my car and the battery was dead. Walked over to AutoZone and Tyler TJ greeted us warmly and grabbed his battery tester. After several attempts to start my car in 100+ degree heat, I decided to replace the battery. Tyler did an awesome job, was very careful with my car, patient with my inexperience, and quickly removed the old battery. Once the new battery was installed, he made sure we were safely on our way. You don't often get service like that these days. Great customer care! Thanks Tyler!!!"
