"My third time on this store... and the only what I found there is humans like robots playn on phone in from of desk... FIRST 5 SECON IN FROM OF COSTUMERS ARE VITAL.... Next 10 or 20 seconds can make diferent in the experience for a costumer.... Of course, I am working on mechanical repairs of car... can not spec my vest as a VIP costumer of Mall Shop. BUT THEY NEED COSTUMERS SERVICE TRAINING STARTING WITH BASICS... Like a "hello" , or visual contact with a little smile...."
