"Feb 22, 2024 I went in for an oil change. The crew drained the oil. They did not have the filter in stock. They asked me if I wanted to go to an auto parts store and buy one. I said I can’t my care has no oil in it. They went to the store while I sat there. They got the filter but did not know how to change it. So the put new oil in the car with a dirty filter and told me I owe them $80. I spoke with the owner and in the end I agreed to $40. As time has gone on I’m not sure why I paid anything since I caused none of it. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Jiffy Lube down the road. The 10 min PARTIAL oil change took 40 minutes."

I even got to meet the owner who, himself was positive, honorable and supportive. The shop was clean, safe and everyone was approachable. They filled extra fluids and listened and asked questions.
