I got a few quotes and decided to go with George and have been extremely satisfied by his professionalism, honesty, and authenticity. He kept me up-to-date regularly on the repairs of my car and was able to finish it within the timeframe he promised. My car is back now and looks substantially better than it did when I brought it in and I’m very satisfied with the work. "This local auto body shop in Georgetown was my choice for repairing my GMC Yukon after the September 2023 hailstorm. Initially, the owner demonstrated exceptional customer service by conducting the first assessment at my home and even agreed to install a replacement antenna as part of the repair process. However, this positive experience was overshadowed by the quality of work, leading to my 1-star rating. The actual repair work on my truck receives a negative 4 stars due to various issues encountered during and after the service. Despite my insurance covering only 31 days for a rental, when that period expired, the shop was unable to accommodate any additional rental days. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was apparent that the interior, door hinges, and engine bay were covered in paint dust. Furthermore, I discovered scratches on the front bumper, a loose tail light, improperly reinstalled roof rack, headliner, and some areas where the new paint hadn't been smoothed out adequately, leaving visible white paint splatter. The chrome door moldings were not replaced do to a backorder from the dealership After arranging for the truck to stay an additional 7 days at the shop for rework, not all issues were fully rectified upon my return. I was informed that the rush to complete the work during my absence contributed to this. Unfortunately, due to family plans for Thanksgiving and the lack of a rental option, I had to take back the truck despite the unresolved issues. The owner provided a refund on the chrome moldings and $130 to get he front scratch on the bumper corrected at another shop."
