"Satisfied with the quality and speed of the work on my vehicle. However, I can’t say the same about the front desk staff and their rude comments towards my wife. Amazing how adults say things that not even children would say. Will not be recommending this shop to any friends or family, nor will I ever be returning. Pretty disappointed that a grown, and rather old, woman would comment on another woman’s body in such a way."

"Nov 2023 Update: A car dealer in North Carolina subcontracted a detail job & damaged my clear coat. Austin Body Works repainted the entire top of my 2016 CT6. Take a look at the photos for how awesome it looks & see if you can make out the reflection of Austin Body Works on my hood. They are really awesome!!! July 2023: I'm a car guy, have a pristine 2000 Z28 & 2016 CT6, so when someone recently scored my bumper by a wide swing I wanted to have it repaired properly. Fortunately, ABW is there to help. My family has had excellent results from them for the work that has been done there & today's result is the same - excellence. You can see the work in the attached photo for the lower part of the bumper that was damaged & repaired. ABW is a family business, & special thanks to Carey & Ryan for their kindness & fairness to deliver great work at a fair price. Everyone should do business like they do."

"I took my car to Austin Body Works in Kyle recently. My car had very minor damage from a very minor collision. I just wanted to get some idea what would need to be done. I was very surprised, and impressed, with the very friendly service I received. I expected to get the "go away don't bother me" reaction for something so minor but that didn"t happen. Ryan took a lot of time talking about what could be done and he had his dent repair guy come out and take a look. They had one of their techs come out and buff out some scuff marks on my bumper. He did a great job and it looks great! I highly recommend Austin Body Works in Kyle! If they took that much time and effort for something so minor I believe that they would a great job on something more serious. I hope I never need to, but if I ever need auto body work I won't go anywhere else!! Great people!!"

"Let’s be honest. It’s hard to find honest, good car repair… Austin Body Works were incredible. Extremely communicative, friendly but most importantly they did a fantastic repair. I did actually have an issue with one area upon pick up. They owned the mistake, fixed the issue no questions asked. They actually went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
