"Dropped off my vehicle at 1130a, it didn’t get touched til after 430p. They knew it might be a transmission issue (which is a service they are unable to provide). They went ahead and test ran my vehicle, which resulted in burning my clutch. So not only was it the end of the day and all other locations to take my vehicle were closing, my vehicle became not drivable with more issues than I came in with. If the same end result would have occurred hours earlier, I could’ve set myself up with a rental. Thank God for good friends and AAA. I chose this location because they didn’t look as busy as Reliable Automotive. Still an entire day wasted. Positively, I wasn’t charged for any services. I do not recommend this location."

"Went because I had a nail in the side wall of my tire. They told me they didn’t have the tire and that it would arrive Wednesday so I made an appointment during my lunch break for Thursday. I went for my appointment and they told me they didn’t have the tire and that I could wait 4 hours for the tire to arrive. I couldn’t wait that long so I had to make another appointment. When I get to my second appointment they had me waiting for 20 minutes to check to see if the tire had arrived. They were unsympathetic when I shared my frustration about wasting my time and not giving me a phone call to let me know wouldn’t have the tire at my appointment. I understand they are very busy but they shouldn’t be too busy to give a customer a call if they cannot fulfill an appointment."

"Brought my car in for a state inspection. Jeff called and said him and another guy noticed the belt was cracked and would cost $200 to replace. I said, "That doesn't sound right. I just had $1k worth of work done by my mechanic and he's very thorough and honest. Please check again." He came back and said it did need to he replaced. My husband brought the car straight to our mechanic, where he showed my husband the belt, which was not cracked. This is the 2nd time Firestone has told me something was wrong with my car, and would cost hundreds to fix, when nothing was actually wrong. I will not be returning to Firestone. Make sure you get a second opinion, especially if you're a woman."
