"Waited for over an hour for my state inspection. Only to be told I was skipped for not leaving my keys and insurance card in. When I arrived, i let know had my insurance on my phone (texas state law) and was not going to leave my keys in the car. I have my 12 old autistic son with me and he has tried taking the car before. If you know, you know. The inspector, wouldn't acknowledge me, I had to ask, did you skip me. He said. The instructions are clear, just read it. So I asked, do you not communicate here? Being, I had given instructions about my situation and the others working there had acknowledge it. This guy just points at a small hand written note " no keys, no insurance, you will be skipped" amd says read it. WHAT KIND OF PERSON IS THIS, especially in a day and age we can put him review blast. He needs to work on his people skills in an era of reviews. I left his name out of it. But hes a real ......."
