"If you have anything valuable or have money in your vehicle I advise you to take it with you. I went to go get my oil changed. I left 10 dollars in my car and when I got back to my car after the oil change one of the mechanics decided to give themselves a tip and traded my 10 for 5 bucks. I called them and I was on hold for almost an hour just to get an update on their end. Please be careful!"

"Came here today and unfortunately the system was down to input work orders and even though this was happening Raquel and Dennis were outstanding! They were very exemplary of what customer service should be and management unfortunately did not come through for them. They made my experience still a positive one and I am extremely grateful that employees like them go above and beyond for the customer. 5/5 will recommend good people working at the TLE. For all of the people complaining about the times for a simple oil change you do realize it first come first serve if you have 10 customers pull up at the same time of course it’s going to take a while."

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive department. Was told my tire would be in on a certain day called the day it was supposed to be available and was lied to then when the tire did come in I wasn't notified about it. The following day I go up to the store and go back and forth the employee that was there for about 45 mins trying to figure out where the tire was. They find it so I drop my tire and rim off at 1049 and was told it would be 5 hrs to mount the new tire on my rim... By 3 pm my tire still was not touched my husband calls and was told it would be done by 5 which was a lie at 615 I go back up to the store and my tire still wasn't done they couldn't find it again so I go get eddie one of the store managers and by this time it was 630 amd when we get back to automotive they decided to get on it.. I didn't leave the store until after 7pm. I want the only customer who had issues this day... I WILL NEVER USE THIS AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT AGAIN..."

"I walked in for a front tire fix at 9 am, and they told me I was gonna wait for 4 hrs. At 1 pm I got a text that they have a set back so I would wait for a little bit more. Around 2:30 they texted me that they started working on my car. I came right then because I thought one tire was only going to take for a few minutes, at worst an hour. However I waited for a few more hours and In the middle they told me that they broke my lug nuts key. But they said they were going to get it from discount tire and finalize my car and give it back to me. That is what happened exactly. Regardless of 10hrs waiting for my car being fixed. They really empathize with my long waiting time period. this kindest guy ever who checked me out made it up for me and only charged me $23 instead of $91. Regardless of all the disappointment, he really made it up for me. And I thank him so much even if I didn’t catch his name to give him a shoutout but he is an old guy who speaks with so much kindness and care to the clients. I hope he gets all the blessings because he put a smile on my face and cheered me up after a long horrible day. Thank you so much"
