"This collision center is pretty shady. Two different times, 2 years apart, they tried to screw me over. The first time, despite my insurance covering it, they wouldn't approve replacing a damaged part to my car. I had to argue with them and give explanation as to why they needed to replace it. They finally did replace it and everything was fine. Then 2 years later, that same part they replaced started to rust and fall apart. They then argued with me that the rusting part was plastic (not possible) and that it wasn't part of the original piece that was replaced (despite them giving me a diagram of the piece that was replaced and it clearly being part of the piece under a lifetime warranty). After much back and forth and arguing again with them, they agreed to fix it as part of the warranty coverage. I am a woman, and I really feel both times they were trying to screw me over because of my gender. Be VERY CAUTIOUS of them and don't take them for what they tell you. They have proven themselves to continuously be dishonest."
"What a complete train wreck with a crew of back and forth, poor communication, etc. The repair took forever because Ashlee just decided to avoid contact with the insurance company. Then a small dent she said would repair as part of the total damage and when I pick up the vehicle song and dance not part of the estimate. WHY DON"T YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASK. Then she says we can give you another estimate. All they needed to do was call me and I would have paid for. If this place had any integrity would make things right."
