"I trusted Ken with my 2005 Honda S2000 which had been demolished by an 18 wheeler. I got a really good, friendly, honest vibe from this shop when I first visited for a quote. Ken is very professional and a nice person, I did not feel I needed to get a 2nd quote. He was incredibly accommodating to my situation and I so appreciate how down to earth and genuinely interested in fixing my car he was. It was a difficult job since my car is very old and parts are hard to get. I was extremely pleased with their service, their quality and just the friendly, positive atmosphere there. Ken answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner also. He really went above and beyond because he had an extra repair done to insure that I made it home safely as it was a long drive. I was treated fairly and sometimes that is not the case for a woman and I didn't feel intimidated at all. Highly recommend this shop."
