"I can not think of a worse place to go for maintenance. I purchased a 2023 Coachmen Freelander 27QB from Ron Hoover in Houston, Texas. I live in Laredo and have had to use the Laredo location for warranty services. It took them 2 months to replace the leaking dinette window, install seat belts that were missing under the forward dinette bench, and remove and reinstall the overhead bed ladder hooks. Every time I called to check on the progress, I was told that I could come and take for use and drop it back off anytime that they were open. I was glad that I had never done that because when I finally picked it up, it was filthy, and screws were everywhere. They had left the ceiling vents open, which allowed sand and dirt to enter. There were coffee cup messes and spills all over the counter, sink, couch, and floor. Screws were in the sink, on the counter, on the steps, under the couch, and under both of the dinette benches. I reluctantly called them to schedule an oil change and talked to the acting maintenance manager. I told him that I had an rv that needed an oil change. He told me that they do not do oil changes, and instead of leaving it at that, he asked me, "Where would you like for me to remove the oil from? RVs do not have oil." I am hoping that I do not need to deal with them anymore."

"Bought a new Wells Cargo 5x10 cargo trailer from Ron Hoover Laredo and was very happy with the service and financing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have converted this trailer into a really nice camper trailer. UPDATE; I bought this trailer on the "Rent To Own" program because I was told by the salesman that at anytime I could return it with no issues. BUT, when I recently called and asked about possibly returning it I was told it would show up on my credit report as a self repossession. And I would be black listed from other rent to own companies. So I'm stuck with paying over $12,000 for a $5,000 trailer."
