"I emailed the shop about making an appointment and after about a week of not getting a reply, I just assumed they didn’t check their email very often. So, I called the shop to make an appointment and was told I could book via Instagram or Facebook. I messaged the business page on Instagram and, after another week, hadn’t heard back so I called the shop again. I was told they would get back with me on Instagram when they had time. To cover all my bases, I messaged their Facebook page. It shows they read the message but never took the time to reply. I was told they have plenty openings coming up but they sure don’t seem too interested in filling those slots. They were friendly enough on the phone but it seems pretty unprofessional to completely disregard appointment requests by email, phone (x2), Instagram, and Facebook over the span of a couple weeks."
