"Please don’t go here for a U-Haul rental. They over charged my account multiple times saying I didn’t return the truck with gas, even tho u pass 3 gas station before arrival. They are fraudsters and I feel this isn’t fair to the customer."

"The first experience with Moe’s automotive was good however when the business started to grow service started to decline. Took my Ford Taurus for a long trip service, my coolant system was overfilled, had a transmission serviced, transmission also was overfilled, Moe has his family members doing repair work and some family members are kids. Just recently had my Chevrolet pick up truck serviced, totally did an incompetent job Steering column trim, not replaced greasy fingerprints all over the truck inside and out The column shift indicator not working at all, and the steering wheel totally off, centered. Nice people at the business, but the repair work totally unprofessional. Alfred Jones"

"Was my favorite place to go for my car care needs but today there was a new guy there and he stole out of my car when I went in to pay for my service. He suggested I lost it in my seats and even volunteered to check in the front where I was parked before I moved my car to be serviced but I hadn’t gotten out of my car with the missing item. The value is under $10 but it’s the fact he did it that upset me. Definitely won’t be returning now and it’s sad because they’re really good. I’ve never had this problem before."

"Went here to have my tire repaired, great. Went back due to my ac not blowing cold while sitting. Told Moe exactly what was going on. Mind you I know about cars. Back home I went to mineke and was told my freon was empty so I had put in a 1 can and 1/2. Moe makes my rpms higher to where my compressor stay running. I leave and later noticed my temperature hand had moved up so I called him and he said to come back. Once i return he say your low on coolant (thinking my radiator miteve busted and goes to say what he did had nothing to do with my car running hot.) I drive to and from Arkansas to Texas so I know to keep my car up. He wasnt tryn take responsibility for anything and for that Ill never return. My car has never ran hot nor has my temperature hand been a problem for me. Be very cautious on what you go here for."

"This was my first time at Moe’s and I will definitely be back. He was able to diagnose a bad starter on my car and replaced it within an hour. Don’t let the fancier shops in the surrounding area fool you, the knowledge and expertise these guys have at the prices they offer is a steal. Can’t thank them enough."
