"Kerry the store manager is an incompetent sorry excuse of a manager. I came to get two of my tires replaced under warranty, he told me that the warranty does not cover my kind of tire damage. I’m guessing he took too much sun to his shiny head. Employees that are working there are great minus the store manager. If you are curious as to who Kerry is don’t worry he has a nice little portrait right behind the help desk. You are better off going to another discount tire, where they actually care for their customers."
"Decided to purchase new tires. There was nothing wrong with the tread, however, my previous tires (Kuhmo) were eight years old and they were cracking. I received a good deal on these with a price match. Moreover, I appreciate the free/lifetime patching, rotation, and air. I could not have gotten this service and pricing at a car dealership. Moreover, there are numerous in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family."

"Matt truly went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I asked him to check a tire install done by a different Discount Tire. I arrived near the closing time before the holiday weekend, but he was still very patient and friendly. He genuinely cared about helping me, and he showed no signs of frustration even when he had to stay past the closing time. He was practically lying on the ground to inspect my fender and tires. It's hard to find someone that is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. Although the issue couldn't be resolved due to missing parts, Matt tried his best to find me a temporary solution so that I could drive my car."
