"I worked on the night shift for 7 weeks. This is what I learned when i was there. 1. Bad behavior is rewarded as long as you pull tires fast. 2. Professionalism isn’t valued 3. Poor leadership, “management” wants you to learn by trying to embarrass you in front of everyone when you make simple beginner mistakes or they automatically want you to know what they know without being taught the gateway system. 4. Because or the lack of real leadership, no one was motivated to come here and it showed in the work. Mistakes were being made constantly, everyone showed up late, people would constantly disappear to the restrooms or outside when there was work to be done, constant call-ins. Just being honest."
