"After purchasing and having the tires installed here, I was told i would need an alignment and that it could be done at what I assume is their other business next door that does the alignments. Once the tires were installed, I pulled into the lane for the alignment. I was then told they don't do alignments on German cars."

"I've been using Jordi's for 5 years. The quality of service has drastically dropped in the last 12 months. In November 2023 I bought 2 tires from them and they installed them. I have a bad valve stem and when I went to get it replaced, I was told they couldn't get my wheel off. They used an impact drill on the lug nuts and over torqued them so bad that I've had 3 shops try and fail to remove this wheel. Jordi's tried for a bit but ultimately told me they couldn't help and now I'm having to pay out of pocket for a lug nut removal. Very little sincerity in the conversation I had at their shop."

"Okay, I am a honest person making a living for my minor children and I come to this place and the first thing that comes to mind is the ratings must mean a good spot for tires. I get there and if you are not Mexican, don’t expect a good price for tires. You have to be from their side of Mexico to get a good price. I went there for a 2011 sedan standard tire and he charged me $60 for 50% tread used tires. We all know it between $25-$45 for a standard used tires they get for free. Embarrassing."

"If you’re ever in a hurry and need a quick fix, this is the place you need. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly and empathetic, I told him I didn’t have much time and just needed a quick patch on my tire knowing full well I should get a complete replacement instead. However, he assured me he could get it done quickly and it really was a better idea to get a whole replacement versus just a patch. I’m so glad I trusted him, within 10 minutes I was paying and out the door! I’ll definitely be coming back here if I’m ever in a pinch!"
