"These people are great! I bought my 2023 Platinum at Bill Utter Ford who is also great. However, I live closer to Karl K. and I used their oil change service. They came and picked up my truck, changed the oil and checked all the things. They gave me text updates every step of the way. After it was all done, they drove my truck back to the office and gave me the keys. It is a wonderful service and I will be using them again. Great group of humans!"

"Was a customer and employee bought a 2023 escape st anyways quick lane manger likes to leave lugnuts off and blame on other people and pretty much anything he can possibly deny and shift blame onto they put well water in coolant and not to mention tire shine in the interior plastic cleaner if you want your vehicle taken care of with the least amount respect possible then would recommend ps I quit with 2 weeks notice"
