"The only reason I even give 2 stars is because the parts department is fantastic. I took my car into the service department for an alignment. I knew my tires needed to be replaced but when i got my car back i had a very hard pull and my steering wheel was nowhere near straight. i was told by the tech that he couldnt straighten the steering wheel until the tires were relaced which makes no sense to me. Icing on top was being told my car wasnt worth spending money on, that part made me laugh. i will continue to come here for parts but i will have my service done elsewhere from now on."

"I have purchased many cars, and this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! As a woman, I have unfortunately been treated poorly by many salesmen at various dealerships (which is all too common in the industry). All of the employees we interacted with at James Wood Hyundai were very wonderful! We worked with Jeremy, who was absolutely fantastic. We were on the hunt for a Hyundai Ioniq limited in lucid blue. Dealers all across Texas were charging obscene market adjustments on the vehicle. Jeremy was incredibly helpful, very honest and respectful throughout the entire car buying process. James Wood also only charges MSRP on their vehicles, so no markup in this crazy car-buying market! When I found another local dealer that had the exact vehicle we were looking for (who wanted a crazy amount for the car), Jeremy got that dealership to trade and the vehicle was on their lot the next morning! From us showing up at the dealership to test drive, go over the ins&outs (including the tech) of the vehicle, to walking away with the keys in our hands, we were there for less than 1.5 hours! The price they quoted was the exact price we paid. It was the smoothest, most personalized, respectful, no-pressure car buying experience I have ever had. Jeremy was also incredibly knowledgeable about the Ioniq 5, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships' salesmen who struggled with answering our questions about this high-tech electric vehicle (many times we seemed to know more about the car than them). We have also had excellent follow up with James Wood Hyundai, who reached out to ensure we didn't have any other questions. We would definitely do business with James Wood again!"
