"My first experience with Rent A Tire located at 1907 Guadalupe St, Laredo, TX 78043 was awful. I was paying for a set of tires that were not even the ones on my truck. People make sure you check you are paying for the items that are on your contract. There was a $700 dollar difference so yea that makes a big difference. I decided to give it a second chance and went and purchased a new set of rims and tires. Well I had a little accident so I had to buy and brand new rim and tire. It took these jokers 4 weeks to get the rim and tire. I had to continuously been calling and stopping by the store for a status. Come to find out the items had been at the store just sitting there for the past 2 weeks. Poor customer service and make sure you get what you pay for!!!"
