"I never had a reason to right a review until now. I found this place when I used to live in apartments near by. For the price ($40), it is the best haircut place I’ve found in dfw. I moved about 1 hour away and decided to try a local barber. First time there, they messed up my hair and refused to give me a refund. I decided to drive back to lakeside barber shop for my next haircut and I was running late after work. The owner stayed late to cut my hair. It is a busy shop and he did not have to stay late. He could have charged me for missing my appointment and moved on with his day. It is also the best haircut I’ve received in dfw. I will continue to drive here whenever I need a haircut for however long I live in dfw. 100% recommend."

"Overall I like this barber place and the staff is really nice. I have been coming here for more than 2 years and one thing I have a complaint about is that the bald fades done here used to be way better a year ago than they are done now. Before a lot of time used to be spent on giving you a perfect fade. Sometimes I have had experienced that they are rushing the cut and I believe for $40 cut, some time should be spent on it to make it perfect."
