"Quality service. Never had a haircut or beard trim I was unhappy with. Had issues with a scheduled barber being out sick, Chloie worked with me through a series of text messages to find a time that worked for me. She could have just as easily said "we need to cancel and you will have to reschedule" but she didn't. It's something simple yet at the same time is a big deal because it is not the norm in the world today."
