"They do a good job just really busy most of the time best to call ahead."
"For some reason it takes 2 separate days to align my truck. Took 4 hours to align it the 1st day. I get it back and pulls extremely hard to the left. He tells me he needs another day with it. He told me to call him and let him know which day would be best for me. I've been trying to call for 3 days now, no answer. I live all the way in Horizon. I go all the way to the business downtown this Saturday morning at 11am. Lo and behold they are closed! Despite the hours stating from 9am-2pm on Saturday. Owner is definitely rude too."
"Horrible customer service, the owner speaks rudely to customers. He made me feel rushed when asking about a differential change, pretty much told me “do you want to do it or not?” I was quoted $125 for the diff service, two weeks later I go in to get it done and he changed the price to $165. I told him he quoted me $125 just a couple weeks ago. He then replied saying he can do it for $135. This place is an absolute joke of a business. Charges whatever he feels like at the time. Be smart and take your money elsewhere, where you will feel comfortable and not be taken advantage of."
"Great service, location uses only quality parts. My Trailblazer which was sitting for 3 years in the driveway now feels like you are flying through the air on an airplane. Very smooth ride."
"This place is the best alignment shop in town. Took my lifted 4x4 truck to other well known shops in town but they couldn't get it done 100%. I take my truck off road all the time and needs alignments done more frequently than normal wear and tear. This shop has nailed it every time. Place is super clean too. Highly recommend this shop."
