"Customer service was great. Came right before closing and Victor got my husband just his type immediately. Pricing was awesome. We have to return for services, will update once they are on but this was great. We've been a lot of places in elpaso over the past 3 days and glad we made it here before making a decision. Thanks Update, the experience ended up being... Well really bad. Don't even feel like explaining. Long story short.. The rims we paid for we didn't get. The rims we got (likely cheaper) but that doesn't matter because we already paid. Had to get new rims because the ones we were told would fit our vehicle did not. Didn't find out until our vehicle had been sitting at their shop for 7+ hours. Had to change design at last minute. Mind you.. They kept telling us a few minutes until we're done.. Which kept us near or at the shop. All untruthful. Got our other cars tires changed in 40 minutes at Sears (THE SAME DAY.) . Here it took from 10am to damn near 7pm. There's that. Good luck going here."
