"Truly terrible service. My Escrow Officer, while copied on emails, never introduced herself. Neither she nor her assistant even attended my closing appointment. They sent someone else entirely, who was never involved in my transaction, to handle it and gave me no notice or explanation as to why. That was just the last of their consistent behavior of failing to communicate and putting their responsibilities onto other individuals. I truly don’t know for what my escrow fee paid - it certainly wasn’t for their service."
