"This used to be a first come first serve, I've spent hundreds of dollars there on haircuts due to the great barbers and welcoming atmosphere, but the last time I went I was informed that no one takes appointments. I arrived after not being allowed to make an appointment to a fairly full shop, with 3 barbers cutting I figured I'd be waiting about an hour mabye more. Instead I waited 3 1/2 hours for my haircut, much to my dismay multiple families kept dropping off kids whom got haircuts before I did. This experience was absolutely appalling, I would have stormed out if I didnt have a job interview the next day."
