"The office states that they are open to 7pm. There was someone in there with the door lock and when I knocked on the window, she put her hand up like I will get to you when I get to you. I called the number on the door and that wasn’t much help either. I waited over 5 minutes for her to open the door and then to take a 5 minute car before helping me or even apologizing. Bad customer service all around today."

"I couldn’t appreciate zianne and Kass enough, they were both super professional and super sweet, I love how they both really helped me out and hooked a girl up with the best insurance possible, and that worked well with what I had going on. I even brought my grandmother and it helped even more that they were bilingual, and could really communicate and take the time to reassure my grandmother that she was in good hands, 10 out of 10 service, definitely recommend"
