"For about two years I visited this office but I won't be going again. I was mistakenly scheduled for a cleaning on a day the office is closed or the doctor isn't in. I received several messages confirming my appointment for the scheduled time and even on google is says the office is open but when I got there, of course it was closed. After calling and seeking clarification they couldn't tell more than "they don't know what happened". I asked for a day off at my job to be able to attend this appointment and coordinate it with my ortho adjustment, so having my time played like this is not okay for me. I was lucky enought to be received and taken care of by the dentist of a family member, so I'll be seeing them from now on."
