"My name is shabana javed and I been client with this company more then year I just had start new insurance policy with them and I clearly told them not to add my insurance in mortgage but for some reason it was added to my mortgage but they already charged me some money I been back and forth with them by phone by message and by email to supposed to get my money back $129 which one they charged me extra but they are keep saying my mortgage company’s check is not showing in their account and I already confirmed my mortgage company they said it was cleared on February 1st 2024 and they give me check number too but they are keep giving me excuses At this point I am frustrated Imagine a person paying her mortgage , bills , insurance all expenses with her low income for that person $129 are very important if I don’t get any response about my money back till tomorrow I am going to call my mortgage company to take back that check from there and I am going to cancel the insurance policy so I can go to look another company I am just thinking for that little money they are taking forever if something happens I am not expecting any help from them ."
