"Thomas hung up the phone on my mother when she asked for a quote of semi retirement discount he offered her last week. He said 12% of the premium price then he changed his mind after we calculated 12% of the premium that was different price than what we calculated. He got frusterated and hung up the phone. Find another allstate agent as we are looking into the same thing. When we called back, he picked up the phone and said he didnt hang up. He was clearly very frusterated. We do not like liars at all."
"I can honestly say that this agent was never able to give me the best rates or quotes. I used was overcharged repeatedly and more than once a month. The agent and his staff did not return phone calls rapidly either. I originally went to him because during the start of the pandemic I wasn't able to get my homeowners insurance company on the phone. I switched to this agent and assumed the bundle and low miles would save me money. However, that did not happen! Even though I worked from home, have no small children and attended church by phone or online; I was repeatedly charged $288 every month and sometimes twice a month. Despite my attempts to get an explanation and vocalize my displeasure the automatic withdrawals continued. I would not recommend using this agent! Even the home office did not understand his billing practice."
