"It seems that they do not appreciate customer loyalty, as they always, always increase your price after a year, even if you make no claims and have not had even a single claim in the past 10 years. Feel free to price shop them, you might get a good deal for a year, but I would recommend leaving after that. They also have a policy that if you wait too long into your policy, they will not price shop for a new policy for you. We replaced our roof and AC units and asked for a lower rate and were flat out told they were not allowed to help us. I took my money to the Autoclub and found the rate I wanted. It’s too much hassle with these guys. I will NOT be back."

"I have been discussing with GEICO customer service for several months that they are not allowed to forcefully add anyone onto my insurance without my consent, and tried to cancel me for it. They claim it's policy, yet cannot show me where in policy they're allowed to force add someone without my consent. They claim they notified me that they had added the driver, but it wasn't until a month later when I noticed a payment request from them that I even found out! That other person is on another insurance and they're STILL refusing to take the person off . . UPDATE 10/31: They were very quick to have me email them, but no response in two weeks . ."

"One of the worse insurance offices. They missed to inform me to renew my home insurance and canceled my policy at the end of its term without any notification. I spoke with their office manger and she confirmed they DO NOT even call, email, or text to remind their customers to renew their home insurance policies. They only mail a letter, which I never received. They couldn’t even offer a new home insurance policy as my house was without insurance because of their lack of customer service. They charge a lot at first then don’t even care to give their customer a simple courtesy call. What would be their response if something is really happening to your house? Are you in good hands? Do they even care? Other insurance companies are doing way better than this office. Don’t trust them and don’t waste your time and money with them ."
