"I was hesitant to leave a review, but after countless attempts to resolve insurance issues, both by email and direct phone calls. Yates & Associates has been unresponsive, in fact neglectful in every way. They were always very helpful and accommodating, up until I closed my business and needed to cancel my policies. From that point forward, they acted as if I didn't exist and FAILED to follow through with cancelling my policies. I've been going in circles with providers getting things cancelled on my own. I definitely will NEVER utilize their services again, so please be very mindful before trusting them with your insurance needs."

"Extremely difficult to get a hold of! Unless of course you’re a new customer. They kept charging me even after we canceled! I emailed Rodda Yates and she kept emailing back with other numbers to contact, which they never answered either! Ridiculous. How are y’all even in business."

"This place has the worst customer service ever. It is nearly impossible to talk with anyone that can help you when you are trying to cancel your policy. We cancelled in January and we’re still being charged after that. When trying to reach Rodda, she never replied to any emails that we sent nor answered back to any voicemails left. We ended up having to have our bank reverse the charges and let them deal with it."
