"My experience going there today I waited 15 to 20 minutes to see someone, they have clean restrooms the lobby was clean they have a kid area that my daughter enjoyed 100% and also did this review to win the 125.00 review contest I'll take pictures next time they do take credit cards and they had three employees and *be careful with the surprise extra fees that the insurance companies add * so I went from 120 with good driving to 154.00 plus another $75 for insurance scam hikes*"

"Just left this location and had the worst experience with Claudia! My father and I were asking all the questions needing to know before to committing to a policy and her explanation, lack of proper customer service etiquette/attitude to us was hostile to me. I had to tell her to tone it down because after I heard her say, “ohh y’all are getting on my nerves” it’s what made me stay and make her more mad and not let me lose my temper."

"I'm usually satisfied with the service I get at the office on Centre Street in Oak Cliff. They use to greet you as soon as you come in and ask if you are making a payment or needing new insurance. The last few times there has been a young lady that has a very bad attitude and really looks like she doesn't like what she is doing. This month when I went in there were 3 young ladies, 2 that were clearly taking a small break in the center of the pit area by sitting on the floor trying to stretch each other's back or something. The other was the bad attitude young lady sitting at her computer facing the door that I had just entered through. No one said anything to me nor acknowledge my presence even though all had looked up at me and i was the only one in there besides them. So I walked up to the one on the computer and asked if I should sit in front of her since she was the only one that looked like she was ready to take my payment. Her reply was, "no go sit over there (waiting area) til someone calls you" and never looked up at me. I was really trying to be patient and not lose my temper becus she was very rude. I sat as I was told til Jasmin and the other lady in the pit area finished the giggling and stretching and asked if she could help me. I asked for the young man that usually is there when I come make my payment and was told he had the day off. I had several questions regarding my policy and needed to go over a few things and wasn't happy with the answers I got from her but by this point I was frustrated with the whole experience. 1. Attitude girl needs a few pointers on how to deal with people overall; 2. Leadership needs to clean house, either you want to work or leave, period. The whole experience was terrible. I left there upset, humiliated and disrespected. Really didn't want to give 1 but I had to put something in order to post my comments."
