"As other have pointed out Pulte automates the Home owners policy to the point they give you a quote with days of signing the build contract. But when I wanted to bundle with Auto I filled out their online form so many times now I've given up on the auto policy and I will start looking for homeowners insurance now as well. All I wanted was a bundled quote. I supplied my info AND my current coverage declarations page. You'd think after telling them I do everything on email in writing someone would competent enough to get back to the potential customer. With the fiasco we went through with IAN still fresh in our minds, I think this lack of customer service for a "potential" customer, this is just scratching the surface. God forbid we have another major storm or whatever, and we have to submit a claim. I try to be realistic and honest and respectful with my reviews when I do them, and its been months and numerous submissions. Not to mention the continued inability to acquire an online quote in 2024, when its been around for over a decade is truly unacceptable. I really hope that they listen to the potential customers they lost and address the obstacles that potential customers are continuing to experience."

"THE ONLY COMPANY THAT CAN'T PRODUCE AN ONLINE QUOTE. Wasted my time for two days going around. I filled out the online form with very detailed info, only to find out the last page was a "thank you, we will call you" notice instead of a rate quote. Of course an agent called during my work, so I said clearly that I prefer to do business via email. She said she'll send an online form to get this done. Well, the form was the same link, but I did it again anyway. No surprise, the last page WAS NOT A RATE QUOTE but back to the "we will call you" page. One Star for you for wasting my time!!"
