"Was told I would have to pay $50 more per month if I paid 6 months in advance because it was not auto pay. Received $1000 per month quote full coverage for my newer 2019 Lexus car. Highest quote anywhere, at least 3 times higher than any other company. This company may be more suited for the high risk liability only customer and not for the good low risk driver looking for a great rate."

"Today 10/12/23 I went to get insurance I waited for about 7 minutes I finally spoke with one of the ladies I told the heavy set lady that I wanted to get insurance coverage she took all my info, and finally she told me that I have to pay at front $239 for liberty coverage I told her that was too much for liberty coverage, she was like that's all I can do for you is nothing cheaper I was like alright and I left, I got home I did a quote online with the same "amax insurance" I found way cheaper insurance coverage I only ended up paying $110 dollars at front and my payment will be $89 dollars. My question on this is why you guys have people that don't want to do a sample job on researching on a better coverage for your clients?."

"My husband and i have been with them for years but their advertising is false and the staff at this location aren't welcoming As you can see my son was upset when he got his backpack with no school supplies,just a small notepad and a ruler. It seems it's always a problem when you ask questions aswell. Besides that i recommend their affordability never had any issues with payment and this location in particular doesn't take renter insurance payments which is a hassle since i have renters and car insurance with them.Their manager is amazing at this location just the staff can be more positive and smile more."
