"I came in, and I saw the female agent was with a customer, so i waited. When they were not talking to each other for like about 10 seconds or so I said I sorry to interpret, even though they were both quite but I was told I can get a copy of my insurance. She said quickly, "Something along the lines of no, I can not help you if you interrupt me if you want me to make a copy. I said OK. So I waited. She then, like 2 or 3 minutes later, says just to let you know we do not make copies. I will be canceling my insurance as soon as I can if this is the attitude this company represents. Just the worst customer service anyone can receive.... Reply to your comment... never did I go in and demand anything. The papers I had I did not need copies of. And yes, I'm not insured by Colonial anymore because of your trash attitude. I will be doing a formal complaint with corporate."

"Professional, courteous, personable, and diligent. These are a few words that can describe our insurance agent Lulu. We came in wanting to get insurance for our backup car, as we had another insurance for our primary one. Not only were we able to find liability on our back up car, but full coverage for our primary car under another insurance company. Biggest kicker of all is that it was much less than what we were paying for on one vehicle. It was a smart move for Colonial to hire an exemplary and customer focused agent like Lulu.
