I understand that all insurance companies treat you like family when selling you a policy and then treat you like the enemy when making a claim, but so far, Allstate takes first place. Local offices should handle the claims. Just extremely poor service."

The only answer I got from the agent is okay sir if you got a better rate go with them, more like a good luck we don't care.
