"horrible customer service we been with this company for years they are good at charging but when it comes to a problem dont answer emails or calls speacially flor she says she will call back and doesnt ,im still expecting a policy issueto be resolved that we paid a large down payment to be cancelled and flor or rosa have not bothered to call me back to resolvethe issue, they are good at selling and getting paid 0 stars if it were up to me"
