"While I am grateful they were willing to work with me when in a tough spot, some of their business practices are ridiculous. I called and changed when my payday was. Apparently they failed to update this and 8 hours after my payment would have been due they started calling and texting almost hourly. On a Saturday. Yeah I get it they want their money but that’s ridiculous how they handle it. Especially when I update it! Times are tough for everyone, but 8 hours? Come on…my mortgage company isn’t this rude. One lady told me to get another loan to pay their loan! Seriously?!"
