"Thought I'd pulled up to the wrong place, but the workers were outside to change the signs over and on the door. Must be under new ownership. The pedicure was enhanced by the deep tissue massage (wow!), peach bellini, and old school videos on the big screen TVs. The gel mani was great, too! Overall, it was a nice experience. Update 3.5.24 I was so looking forward to today, but be careful who you get for services! Ken did a great job during my last visit, however services today with an older woman in the shop were very disappointing. She repeatedly asked about up-sales and additional services....leg waxing, eyebrow clean up, massage. 5 times I said "No, thank you" the next time was "No." Also left my manicure bleeding (see pic). The leg/foot massage was lackluster at best. I paid for a better pedicure, but even after letting my tech know that I wanted a deep pressure, it wasn't deep pressure. During my time in the salon, the music was loud and not relaxing at all; listening to Rush, The Hives and Depeche Mode doesn't resonate "relaxing spa experience." The kids working in the shop who weren't working had a great time talking and laughing loudly with each other. I'll definitely think twice (or three times) before going back. Left sad and disappointed."

"I have been to many nail salons and since they are a dime a dozen around here, I wanted to try this one since it is under new ownership. I am impressed! Jo did a fantastic job on my SNS dip powder. She was so detailed and helped me pick out a color, as there were so many choices! She was so sweet too and took her time to get my nails just right. I asked for the square shape this time and they turned out great! One of the other sweet ladies offered me something to drink, which is always a kind gesture. To me, hospitality is so important at a salon. I will definitely be back."

"I have been going here since they opened. Every tech is great and they all doing amazing designs. I really appreciated Giselle for suggesting I try the Gel builder nails instead of the Gel-X since it can be filled instead of taken off every time. Love the feel of it and excited to see how long they last! Giselle also did a great job on a pretty complicated design and was super friendly. This is my go to spot!"

"Pedicures aren’t worth it. The process was all wrong. She cut my toe nails with the cuticle cutters. Not a regular pair of clippers in sight. The Lavender pedicure uses lotion NOT oil which they wiped off immediately after they put it on. The massage was subpar probably 5 minutes at most. There was wax all over my toes and she couldn’t even put it on my foot right. The callous remover also wasn’t good. We had to ask them to file it after we were done because our socks got caught on the rough spots when we tried to leave. Also they did our manicures in the pedicure chair (during our pedicures) but made us turn off the chair massage because it made us move too much. What’s the point in getting a pedicure when we don’t even get to enjoy the massage?"

"UPDATE: I really hate that I have to even do this but I don’t want anyone else to get this service and be out time and money. We’ve been here for just over 3 months. This last visit I was told I should try a “new" gel nail technique that would be better for my actual nails and would last longer. I spent just over (after tip and with designs) $110 for this new gel set. Within 48 hours my right middle finger nail fell off entirely (not broken or split, popped off like a press on) as I was writing. I went in the next day, with the actual nail, and they put the same nail back on (it was a different tech so I tipped her $20 for her time but the service was free). Two days later the same nail popped off again as I was with a customer. I went back in and the original tech put a whole new nail on. She told me this never happens and these gel nails are supposed to last 4-6 weeks. 48 hours later both thumbnails chipped at the corners and my right pointer finger nail popped off as well. After spending close to $150 and over 2 hours of my time in replacement visits I decided just not to go back at all. There’s no way, after spending that amount, that these nails should be chipping and popping off like they are within a week (I work retail btw so not some crazy demanding job). I do NOT recommend getting this “new gel technique” at all. The staff here are great, the environment is great, and, when it comes to pedicures and acrylic nails they’re great. But this last experience will have me looking elsewhere unfortunately. I just don’t have the time to be returning 3-4 times a week to have them fix what they upsold me to to begin with. This is why I dropped my 5 star rating to 3 stars. I can’t even begin to say how thrilled I am with the experience we had today. I brought my SUPER judgey, not impressed by anything, 13 yr old in to get her nails done AFTER a REALLY bad experience at another place. My husband and I thought we’d just have a drink while waiting but that turned into a pedicure with drinks. Listen…I’m telling you. You HAVE to come in here. Ally & Ann did my husband and my pedicures and they were engaging, funny, and kind. Amy was our “bartender” and she was extremely attentive and also very engaging (she makes a spectacular pineapple mimosa btw). Mimi did my daughter’s nails which are apparently TikTok worthy and the envy of her girlfriends in their group chat. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this place. We had a phenomenal time."
