"I’ve been meaning to come on here and give a big shout out to Shirley Lee!! I haven’t stepped foot in a hair salon in a bit after just never finding someone to cut my hair to my liking! Not only did she help a sister out lol but when I left Image Perfect-I felt perfect!! Shirley Lee made me comfortable, she listened and gave feedback as she was cutting my hair! "First, I want to start off saying I typically do not leave bad reviews, but I was mortified after my first and only visit here. I called ahead to see if they had any availability for today, they did. I was shocked how quick they were able to see me; should of been a red flag. I went in with long hair down my back. I asked for a long layer cut/trim for my ends. The hair stylist didn’t listen to me at all. She didn’t look like she knew what she was even doing. Not only did she keep insulting my hair, but she cut off almost 7 or more inches. Halfway through the cut I asked her not to cut off anymore because, “this is way more than I requested.” I now have shoulder length hair, with uneven layers and what looks like a bob-like face frame. It’s my birthday today and I have the 2nd worst cut I’ve ever had. This was so disappointing."
