"my friend and i have been taking her 3 children to this location for 2 years without incident. one of her children have cerebral palsy and needs assistance sitting up. we hold him upright and his hair gets cut. today we were turned away because of his disability and said it was their policy. when asked how his hair was cut before they stuttered just kept saying it was their policy. they were very rude and insensitive. we called Pigtails and Crew Cuts and they are happy to accommodate. Shame on everyone at this location. would not recommend"

"Been going there for the last couple of years, was a previous Cost cutter's customer for years prior to that. The only real complaint that I have is that I've asked them to do white walls around my ears several times and they never do it right or to the skin like it should be. At first glance, it looks OK when they show it to you in the mirror but then within a week or 2 of having it cut, I've got hair growing around my ears again..? The last person I saw several weeks ago did it correctly, but it took over 30 minutes to do properly. Maybe that's why they don't do it. Because they'd (ideally) like to have you out of the chair in less than 10."

"I love their online waitlist and time. I don't have to wait so long in person. The girls are so talented and always do a great job on my kid's haircut. They have one of the lowest prices for haircuts in the area. Will definitely return again."

"There is nothing great about them… last 3times I have been there… Once: they had mine and my kids haircut styles mixed up (I comb left and my kid to right… mid way while having haircut it was messy and had to correct…) Next time: some hair is left uncut randomly. After that: my side locks were totally messed up. This time: I have to tell them to adjust my haircut at least 3-4 times and can’t be fixed still. As always: I give them coupons and they make sure they use them the first time and do a failed transaction and then say sorry and make sure you pay them full price… it happens across all there branches… Customer service: they have no patience in talking or listening to you… even after bad hair jobs or when trying to speak what you want…"

"While the below did happen, the franchise owner and corporate Great Clips were extremally responsive and willing to make the situation right. I would go back knowing that caring, empathetic management is overlooking operations. Went in asking for a fade - EVA said she could do a design on my under cut. She obviously couldn't based on how crooked, uneven, and how many times she had to "fix it". I told her I just wanted the design gone, she refused to show me. Then she told me I was being "ugly", made a scene in front of the salon yelling, "You need to leave, get up and leave, walk out the door!" So I did. When I got out the door, she told me she was calling the cops for not paying. Pictures below for reference. Crazy. Also she didn't use anything to clean it up and left an open cut on my neck. She promised that the lines were gone and as you can see they are not gone. She refused to give me a managers name."
